A watermark, simple protection
A watermark such as “For rental application only” on every page makes your documents much less reusable by a fraudster. In Rature: “More tools”, then “Watermark, page numbers, header”.
The guarantor form
Your guarantor or co-signer can fill in and sign their form right on the PDF, with a finger or a stylus on a phone or tablet if needed.
Hide what the agency doesn’t need
On a bank statement or a payslip, you can hide some details with “Redact”: they are erased from the file for good, not just covered. Don’t hide what the agency needs to check.

How do I reduce the size of the file?
When downloading, tick “Reduce the file size”: photos are made lighter. You can also put every page in A4 format.
Can I combine several PDFs into one?
Yes: open them together, or add them with “PDF or images” in the pages panel, then reorder the pages by dragging them.
Are my documents uploaded?
No, everything stays on your device. That matters for documents this sensitive.
Is it really free?
